ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a sales agent, Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. - Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Sales of new policies and achieve mutually agreed upon goals
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Provide customized insurance estimate
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Educate customers about products and services offered by the company
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- You will need to be willing and able to obtain CT Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
Salary between $40k-$45k based on experience + commission from sales
Compensation $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
