ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and associates in main office.   • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • People-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
  • Property and Casualty & Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Must like dogs

Compensation $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
